Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to personal information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask and we'll explain it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you choose to give it, and whatever you tell us about your situation.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, and — if an engagement follows — to carry out that work. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except as described below or where the law requires it.

Who else handles it

Running a website means a few other companies necessarily touch the information as it travels:

• Web3Forms receives the form submission and forwards it to our inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and serves the pages you are reading.
• Google Workspace hosts the email account your message arrives in.

Each of them acts on our instructions. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Information leaving Singapore

Those services process data on servers outside Singapore. Where that happens, Dokusha World takes reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, as Section 26 of the Act requires.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as we need it. If an enquiry doesn't lead anywhere, there is no reason to keep it, and we delete it. Where an engagement follows, our full Data Handling & Privacy Practices apply instead, and a copy is available on request.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to our Data Protection Officer and we will respond within 30 days.
